Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment remains in its pristine, unwashed state.

• 3.
  Ship to Italy

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our atelier.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
